Common trouble shooting
1. The adjustment button does not work when adjusting the thickness of the cutting
Check if the button is loose, and if so, tighten the knob.
2. There is friction between the large blade and the blade grid
If the tool is not properly installed or the three screws on the tool holder are not tightened, install the tool and adjust the three screws on the tool holder.
3. Is the machine noisy and the spindle shaking?
◎ If the bearing is worn, replace it.
4. The machine is not moving and the push rod cannot be reset?
Check whether the power supply, contact switches, transformers, and solenoid valves are working properly, and ensure that there is no reverse connection in sequence.
Check whether the hydraulic pressure is normal and whether the liquid level filter screen is clean.
Check if the thickness adjustment valve is properly adjusted and if there is any damage.
Clean the solenoid valve.
